Your SPF record should explicitly list all of the servers that are authorized to send email on behalf of your domain. For example, if you use Google Workspace for email, then you need to add a TXT record to your domain to authorize mail to be sent from it.

You will need to consult your email provider for the exact syntax to use. And if you have more than one record to add, append them to the end of your entry (you cannot have more than one SPF record).
